This bento is featuring one of my favorite things to eat when I got to a buffet: DUMPLINGS!! I stayed up all night making about 25 of them (only 23 made it to the plate because two accidentally fell into my mouth).
Now, it's not much in terms of color, but this is definitely one of my favorite bentos to date. It took the most (pre) preparation time compared to the others and along with the dumplings, it includes pan fried red snapper (one of my most favorite fish) and homemade dumpling sauce (and of course rice lol).
